When the metal detector is disassembled, almost the whole device can be put into the small size carrying case. However, the largest search coil does not go inside the case, so the manufacturer has foreseen a special case for it.

The instrument pack set also includes a USB cable for connecting the controller to a PC. Updating the hardware allows to improve the metal detector characteristics due to the more efficient use of software without going to a specialized service center.

In terms of not so necessary but auxiliary functions we can name the following.

The metal detector has a vibration mode which will come in handy in case of hearing impaired users or working in some noisy environment. Vibration response is a handy thing in situations where you can't wear headphones but can't make a lot of noise. Invenio enables the use of five vibration levels.

Traditionally, the Macro Dot has a bright flashlight to illuminate the search area. The LED flashlight is located behind the device handle.

Shaft

The shaft is straight and similar to what the company uses for "Dot Impact". However, an IPTU unit (Integrated Spatial Tracking Unit) is now also attached to the shaft, which is used to probe underground objects.

The IPTU sensor allows to detect the depth, shape and size of the target as well as the extreme edges, width and length of the scanned area. Artificial intelligence guarantees rapid identification of target parameters thanks to self-adaptive algorithms.

You have to calibrate the sensor, but it is not a difficult task. All you need is to put the coil on the ground and press the button on the controller. However, you can turn off this sensor via the control unit.

The device handle is also flat and has only four buttons on it, as control is mainly done using the separately carried control unit.

On the back of the handle there is a trigger used to set the metal detector. You can adjust the ground balance if you press it; pull – you can reset the device settings.

The battery battery holder is under the armrest. There are buttons on it to turn on the metal detector and adjust the volume.

Pay attention to the metal detector weight. System Box weighs 1.7 kg (with 5500 mAh battery), Shaft and Handle - 2.4 kg.

Coil

The standard device package set includes: DD Coil INV28 (28×18 cm/11″x7″) and DD INV40 (40×35 cm/15.5″x14″). Added DD INV56 (56×49 cm/22″x19″) coil in the Pro package set.

Headphones

The device bundle set includes wired Koss headphones. Also, the metal detector offers wireless connectivity at 2.4GHz for optional wireless earbuds, you have to buy your own.

Battery

The metal detector uses the Li-Ion battery accumulator as the power source. An extra battery accumulator is included in the Pro package set.

Waterproof

The device is a ground search metal detector and should not be submerged in water. However, not all search coils are waterproof.

Control unit

Since the metal detector is expensive and sold in many countries, its menu has many languages ​​- European languages, English, Spanish, Chinese. A total of 17 languages ​​are available.

The control unit is external with a large high resolution LCD and a keyboard that makes it look like a laptop.

To reduce the number of loose wires, the connection between the control unit, which the user usually carries on his chest, and the coil metal detector is made using a wireless connection.

Bluetooth is more likely to be used for headphones, since it is better to use WiFi to get a fast and stable connection, which is actually realized in the device design.

While moving the searchcoil, the user not only investigates how deep the device can detect in these ground conditions, but simultaneously creates a 3D model of the investigated area in real time and displays and identifies all hidden voids and anomalies, metal objects. their depth, shape and metal conductivity.

On the screen, the user can see the object shape, length, mineralization, ground balance, target depth, discrimination from 0 to 99.

Discrimination scale is a visual scale. Its color ranges from gray (earth) to red (ferrous metals) to green (non-ferrous metals).

Search Modes

This multi-purpose metal detector has several search modes in which you can detect coins, voids, treasures, stashes and various relics.

Thanks to the device's high performance and sufficient detection depth, Nokta Invenio can find treasures that other metal detectors cannot see.

The device works both in static mode - 3 modes, and in dynamic mode - in 3 modes. In static mode you have to move the coil very slowly, in dynamic mode the device works the same as other metal detectors.

Static search modes aim to create a 3D map of the search area. Dynamic search modes are needed when the device works like a normal metal detector without mapping.
